In approaching any project, our first task is to build a foundation of trust. To that end, we are pleased to provide tours of our current projects and can arrange for you to meet with our Project Managers.

When partnering with a client to design and/or build a home or commercial structure, we follow a well-defined path to prevent misunderstandings.
The process begins with an in-depth consultation to clarify your vision and needs. We will outline the design and construction process, offer recommendations based on our experience and identify services provided by Frentz Construction. A preliminary plan will be developed to give your vision form and provide an opportunity for you to reflect on initial concepts, fine-tune ideas and give further direction. Through intermediate planning, budgets are reviewed and your vision will take its final form. The final plan submitted for your approval includes complete specifications, timelines and everything else our crews require to turn your vision into reality.
